William H. Johnson, Three Dancers, ca. 1942–1944,

The city sleeps yet we are awakened..

look at everything hear Jazz music playing

Experimental

Expressive

Enchanting

Repulsive

all Inclusive and yet my hears perception are exclusive to me

nobody hears what I hear or can see what I see

It’s a pleasure to simply just be

hear the core pulsing at my feet

listening and listening to music that is everywhere

dancing without underwear

smiling from east to west

laughs crescendoing sighs decrescendoing

cackles complimenting the orchestra of the birds

in love with no expectations
